Spartan Fire conducts all essential servicing maintenance and testing with the use of our electronic maintenance management system, FireMate.

FireMate is the only electronic management system specifically built for the Australian and New Zealand Fire Protection Industry. It was designed and developed in Australia to assist fire protection contractors manage the requirements of Australian Standards AS1851, relevant New Zealand Standards and the ever-increasing modern day demands of their clients.

FireMate’s client management portal allows our customers to log on and view their assets, jobs, invoices, and company information. Customers can work, get up to date information on the status of existing jobs and accept existing quotes online. Whether you are managing 1 site or hundreds of sites, you can have all the information you require ready to review in seconds.

While on the job, technicians can use the Firemate app to capture test readings, register new assets, follow service level checklists, report defects, make notes and take photos for our customer reliability and confidence in a quality service.
